"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. "Good location for overnight stay. Walking distance to local Oceanside restaurants. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was nice. Shower Water pressure is average.15 min drive to airport. Parking is their issue. They charge for parking and the lot is too small, which requires you to park across the street at the other hotel parking lot. They will reimburse you the difference in price. Really in convenient, especially if it’s raining. "

"The place was perfect, the time fell on the major storm and Don made sure my daughter’s stay was safe. Don gave her a late check to accommodate her late flight. He stayed in communication with me throughout my daughter’s stay. She loved the place, close to some great hiking, coffee plantations. Not far from the beaches and airport. Highly recommended. "

"The rental house was in good condition, and it was obvious there are some improvements underway. The exterior of the rental had just been painted (the paint was still drying) when we arrived. The interior was very well kept with more than enough space for the four of us in our family. The location was tucked down into a small residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to downtown Kona."
