With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...

"Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants nearby were nice."

"Basic check in with no welcome or hotel explanation, room wasn’t vacuumed, tv didn’t work- kept turning itself off. Given an accessible room even though didn’t need or want it. Around the pool lots of tiles missing, no one working at pool bar. For the money it’s not worth it. "
