"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We decided to have dinner there one evening and the food was delicious. Breakfast was great! There is intermittent cellular service and the wifi was a bit spotty, so make whatever plans or bookings you need ahead of time."

"The location on Via Capo was close to everything and very convenient. The view overlooking the water was stunning. It was so hot during our stay but the room was air conditioned and very comfortable. Three of us shared a room so they arranged it with 3 twin beds. The staff was ultra helpful with check in and check out and also took time to give us recommendations on where to eat and things we could do while in Sorrento. "Front desk staff very helpful and on top of transfers. Kitchen lady was a very rude little old lady. Wouldn’t even let me get a coffee 15 minutes before breakfast opened and all food was out and we were leaving for an excursion. Deck by pool is great but pool is very old and basic. Front of hotel looks really nice but sides look like it belongs in a war torn city. Air conditioning is ok not great at all. Very good views. Great sandwich shop and market just up the road to walk to."
