"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

"We stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives:
1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind;
2. The pizzas were really good!!!
3. One of the highlights is that they have daily happy hours in the bar;
4. They have water refill stations, coffee and tea in the room are nice;
5. They have sunscreen by the pool;
6. Plenty of parking and the location is good.

"The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. "Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience."

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."
