"We have had a wonderful stay at Petit Palau Boutique Hotel.The arrival arrangements made by owner for entry were so well explained and simple to follow. "Great place to stay, right in between Pollenca and Alcudia so lots to do around and lots to do in the resort. Would definitely stay again but one thing that stood out was, despite breakfast closing at 10:30am, when we arrived at around 10, food on the buffet was already being put away and tables cleared right next to us. If breakfast is supposed to shut at 10:30 I should not be limited to what I can eat or where I can sit until that time, doing so massively reduces the experience. Other than that great place, terrace rooms are wonderful."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The cleaning was excellent and I really enjoyed the food. I would say there could have been more vegetable options. Some nights it was great, with asparagus, broccoli, peppers etc but other nights there were a lot of potato varieties and limited veg. At breakfast I found a lot of the pastries and waffles were quite dry but it did save me some weight gain! I was a bit annoyed that it says there is an airport shuttle and when I asked about it, it was over 90 euros yet when I got a regular taxi, one way it was only 81 and the other way 70 something so I’m not sure what they are providing that warrants the extra cost when I was already paying around £200 a night for a very basic room. They commented that next year guests will be required to pay to use the kimena pool, this was the nicer pool with a nicer temp whereas the the other pool is very small and freezing so that would put me off staying there again. Again, why are the basic rooms priced so high if you can’t even have the facilities included. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I have stayed in nicer hotels for a similar price. Hector who worked in the bar was lovely and made a mean espresso martini! Shout out for being so friendly and kind."

"The staff was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room. Although our flight was quite delayed, the front desk staff surprisingly allowed us to leave the luggage while we explored Mallorca. I highly recommend this property. As a manager in the same industry, I feel honored to be in a place that demonstrates what is expected of its guests."

"The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."
