"Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier. Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff"

Le personnel qui prend de haut, honnêtement fuyez cette établissement. Beau cadre mais un cadre qui ne vaut pas le service inclus même si on me paye je ne reviendrai jamais dans cette établissement. "For a luxury accomumodation I would expect more. The overall location of the property is beautiful however the staff could have been more helpful especially the reception as they are long to answer and accommodate your needs"

"Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. I try to be super polite and empathetic to wait staff as someone who has worked in that line of work I know it can be stressful. Anyway I love everything and everyone else at this...

"Fabulous place! Just gorgeous! Food is great! Private beach, Long Beach and snorkeling just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are amazing. The only thing noteworthy was depending on your room location you will hear the long tail boats driving by. But that certainly didn’t ruin it for us! Awesome place!"

"This hotel is really excellent. There is a major drawback though. The night clubs are down the beach and whilst there is notice that there will be noise from 9.30-2.30am it is actually until 4am. It is incredibly loud and whilst the bamboo rooms are great to stay in there is no sound proofing so if you are looking for a relaxing stay this is great during the day, but at night it is a real challenge."

"Je ne laisse jamais d’avis habituellement, mais cette fois je me sens obligé de prévenir les futurs voyageurs. L’accueil a été très froid, avec une responsable peu souriante et très limitée dans la communication. On ne se sent pas vraiment bienvenu. La chambre est très décevante : vieille, oppressante, avec une climatisation inutilisable qui souffle un air humide et laisse couler de l’eau. Il y avait aussi une colonie de fourmis juste en dessous de la clim. Les toilettes sont de taille...

"We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights. Everything was amazing. Great central but very quiet location. Clean rooms and swimming pool. Breakfast restaurant with an amazing view. Lots of cats around. I would love to give the amazing staff more than 5 stars. They were so lovely and helpful ❤️"

"Amazing from beginning to the end. The housemaid was so important. She went the extra mile folding my clothes an organizing all my belongings. I highly recommended this place to any tourist visiting the Phi Phi islands. The locals in the area were super nice and helpful. Food was wonderful. Overall the experience at this resort was one to remember. I will be booking again on my next trip."

"Beach is beautiful and easy to catch a boat to town. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The food is a little expensive but not crazy. Lots of fish for snorkeling right off beach. Would definitely come back!"

"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"
