"Parking is minimal. The lot is strangely shaped and small.
Our room had a dip in the floor. The inside of the shower had brown stains in it. The toilet needed more than usual pressure to flush. The sink drained slowly. Carpet was dirty.
I've stayed in Best Westerns in a few states and this was not a good one"

"The hotel was nice and the people were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and it was within minutes of all of the Broadway shows we attended so we were able to walk to everything we needed. The only con would be, every morning, we could hear the housekeeper outside the door going in and out of a storage closet or rooms and the door would slam shut and also she would be talking pretty loud asking people if they needed towels etc.. "Cozy little hotel in Manhattan. Traveled with my husband to NYC and stayed in Little Charlie. This hotel gives you the impression that you’re staying in a cute European hotel. The room was cozy, very well kept, clean and with all the amenities. They served daily breakfast with delicious pastries and coffee. The room and the hotel was impeccably clean, look immaculate and smelled amazing. We had the most amazing time and definitely coming back!"

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. "My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. 1)The beds being so high up is a wild choice. I had to as for a stool to climb in.
2)There are not enough ADA accommodations. Asked for a shower chair or the equivalent to take make taking a shower easier
3)The manager didn't explain that the $20 dollar gift card was part of the amenities. I was expecting my $100 dollar deposit to some back to me only to have money taken out for the amenities. I would like the amenity fee taken out...
