"Stayed in Villa Ayana. Clean and modern - but they are relatively new villas. I do hope they keep them maintained. Has everything you need. Water pressure was a little alarming at first but it just takes a while before the pressure kicks in. My advice, start the shower and then brush your teeth while you wait. It will seem ok at first and go to a drizzle and then the pressure comes back. Staff are wonderful, helpful and attentive. When our son had a fever and we required a doctor, they contacted...

"Helpful and polite staff and well kept and serviced rooms. We stayed in both a pool villa and a standard room and both were excellent with the pool villa being a stand out. A rough and somewhat dark road heading to the resort had us concerned, but this was short lived. A shuttle into town is available and a Grab into Ubud Palace area is anywhere from 30k to 75k IDR"

Location is easy to find and quiet environment. Pool is small but nice. The only thing that could be improved is the variety of breakfast items."

"I expected this to be a new hotel nearing completion, but in fact it is an old one undergoing a major renovation. There was significant mould in the bathroom and the smell from the bathroom plumbing was very strong at night. I have stayed in many hotels right across Indonesia during many business trips, but haven't struck such a strong sewerage smell before. The staff, however, we fantastic."
