"Everything was great until we needed to get our car from the valet. They had one person driving cars out from the garage (on a Sunday late morning) and it took over 30 minutes to get the vehicle. "
"The morning concierge lady (so sorry i forgot her name), she was super friendly, and helpful. She made our first time visit to the city so much less stressful.

"Amazing spot and a very fair price. Really well appointed rooms with lots of character and big windows - only drawback was my window was courtyard facing so didn’t have any privacy with curtains open.
At a great central location - near 12th/oakland Bart stop, food, coffee, and a Walgreens within 10 minute walk. It can seem a little dicey at night so I wouldn’t recommend wandering the streets then.
I would definitely stay again! "

"Very nice hotel for the price! The room had everything we needed. We were in a corner room overlooking the intersection so it was a little loud but they thoughtfully provided a white noise gadget that really helped! I like the double blinds that keep the light out too. Very friendly staff and we easily found parking nearby on the street. Their recommendations for food nearby are good but there’s also Creekwood for weekend brunch or dinner. Excellent! Just down Sacramento… "

"The hotel was great! The rooms were well kept even though it’s an older hotel. Very historic cozy feeling. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I feel like it was a great location to Union square and a short walk to Ferry building. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel over the well known mainstream hotels nearby."
