Housekeeping was in our room while we were gone which has never happened to me before therefore my husband threw out our alcoholic beverage for safety concerns."

"Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty. Not exactly a great start. Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am. Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning...

"This was such a nice hotel. The location was awesome to get food and walks and hiking. The beds are so comfortable they kept the rooms so clean. Pool area was really nice. Close to freeway to get around too"

"We had to ask after being there for 3 full days (going on 4) for housekeeping to come in and change bedding and give more towels. Front desk was very nice along with kitchen staff during the continental breakfast. However, the hot items on the breakfast weren’t good and were barely warm. I didn’t expect much from a continental breakfast but the eggs were very powdery. "
