The staff was really helpful. We ordered a suite, but didn’t realize that pots and pans weren't included. We were given a free upgrade. We had a one bedroom with a kitchen. The Hotel itself was a beautiful and the view of the city from the room was equally beautiful. I only had a chance to interact with the front desk and that was such an easy experience, making the entire visit very enjoyable.
