Hotel dekat Tempe Town Lake

"I arrived early and a very nice room was available. Was given vouchers for drinks and made to feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant. Will return next time in Tempe."

"The room itself was spacious - nice kitchen (w/ refrigerator/stove/microwave/washer/dryer - furniture was cheap couch, dinette and never could get TV to work - Bathroom nice - Bed pretty good The property is located in a little seedier end of Scottsdale road - good sportsbar (Philly's) and a good breakfast diner across the street (front desk staff unaware of this ) If your traveling on a budget, acceptable solution - if you have a little more money, consider alternate location."

"Nice clean property and room. Located in walking distance to many restaurants. The A/C was ice cold !! Breakfast was nice , staff friendly. There was an odd odor in lobby/hall area that some others mentioned but the rooms were fresh"

"I needed a Phillips screwdriver to put my new license plate on my car. The staff member not only found a screwdriver but walked to my car and put it on for me too. Excellent customer service is difficult to find these days. It was refreshing to see it. Thank you to the kind staff member who went above and beyond."

"Loved our stay at Sonesta ! Beautiful property . It was clean quiet and great location to explore. The staff was wonderful and I will definitely come back to this hotel again ."

"The old A/C unit runs about half the night. It’s extremely loud and when it’s running the room is absolutely freezing and it sounds like a train is barreling thru the room. When it clicks off it somehow immediately becomes hot. Constantly taking the covers on and off all night. Stayed a week and I think I slept a total of 6 hours. Rooms and bathroom are tiny. Not a smart TV. Not a big deal, but it’s 2026. Watching TV like it’s the 90’s isn’t fun. Parking is not included and is not...

"Stayed here with my family, the ac worked and for phoenix that is a plus. We did run into a odd problem they close off the road for games and unfortunately the hotel was located in this road closure. We called the hotel and they informed us it only happens during games which was a relief we thought we would have to get a different hotel. Breakfast was okay but I liked the coffee maker I was able to get a double espresso. Our stay was pleasant."

"Clean room and helpful staff. Can walk to nearby restaurants."

"Room exactly as advertised - prompt responses from host. Clean and tidy room with good amenities"

"Front desk staff was on her phone while attending me to check in, charged two cards and made a whole mess for the deposit hold and again the whole time on her phone scrolling through her social feeds and eating a banana the whole time while communicating nothing. Also the elevators were broken had to walk from point A to point Z and on top of that the elevator smelled like vomit."

"Hotel pictures are not really what the hotel looks like especially the rooms. Rooms are very small. No Happy Hour the bar was not even open. Front desk clerk was unfriendly and in a bad mood. Breakfast was very plan. Eggs were cold coffee was terrible. Felt unsafe as we were leaving the hotel. There was a pickup truck parked in the handicapped parking and you could smell marijuana coming out of that vehicle. Vehicle had no handicapped permit. Also no security in the evening. We went out...
