"I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others.

"Looks nothing like the pictures at all! Entire property was not clean, the hallways and room smelled terrible, shower head was completely broken and falling off, there were holes in the wall and bathroom door was broken and falling apart. "This is an apartment in an apartment complex. Close to the airport and all things in the city. Cleaning crew definitely could have done a better job. There was blood on the wall by the toilet, stubble in the shower and the sheets and towels were damp. The bedding was limited and the furniture was old and scuffed. The pool was COLD and so was the hot tub. Even in 95 degrees it was too cold. The hallway in the building was scented, such a strong scent it gave a headache. "
