"We were mislead by the owner on the website thinking we paid for a hotel not an air B&B. Paid for a queen bed with 2 twins $ breakfast. Upon arririval we had one double bed & no twin bed but a fold out metal cot ( uncomfortable) & breakfast was continental. Driver had difficulty finding the place. There is a train station just a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to commute to Rome’s historical sites. Overall, we really liked the place. The only drawback is that the room temperature is a bit cold, especially since we are visiting Rome at the end of December."

"Room was so dusty it set off my dust allergies and I woke with puffy eyes. Shower didn’t drain properly, didn’t look like they’d actually cleaned the toilet and the flusher fell out of the wall and the shower tap was almost falling off. No toilet paper when we got into the room, my partner went to find someone to get some and we couldn’t find anyone but thankfully he found some on a random table lol? Dirty coffee cups, nespresso machine with no pods. Extra pillows and blanket had no covers. The...
