"This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. "This is our first time to Luxor and won’t be our last. My family and I have arrived from USA and Mr. Mostafa Mohammed gave us best experience. We arrived from the airport late night and he immediately checked us in and gave us a complimentary upgrade and dinner. He was also so quick at our checkout everything was smooth. Mr. Hamam was also great at welcoming us and showing us our rooms. The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful, staff are very helpful. We will definitely come again. "
