"I was not able to stay at the hotel due to the infestation of love bugs and other insects in my room. I understand it’s the season but why is the room basically swarming in there? Even after cleaning and room switch I just couldn’t do it as they still was some around. Also I’m not sure why they took my cc number for my refund but I’ll be disputing it on my statement and getting a new card after this."
