"Conveniently right by Busch Gardens. Because of that the there’s a lot of wear and tear from foot traffic. Bit pricey but you can’t beat the convenience if you’re taking the family to a local parks. Bathroom was not as clean as I would like. "

Our bathroom had hair on the floor and I killed two flying bugs in our room. The beds were not comfortable at all. The bedding was clean and fresh. "

I also had, convenience pre-check in offered. It did not speed anything up and made me worry I was charged twice. The blind in my room was stuck, too."

"I think home size was accomodating for my family with the three bedrooms and 1 barh as indicated on the site. Access to the home was easy and there was adequate parking for our 3 cars. But..... 1. "This was one of the worst experiences I have had with traveling in a very long time. I arrived to find out that they oversold the hotel, and they took my money for the room, but had no availability. I was told I would get a refund in 7-14 days. The front desk staff was rude, had no care about the situation and I had to ask them if they could answer the phone from Expedia to confirm that they did not have anything available. If there's a bar for lowest effort possible, they were even lower than...

"It's a basic hotel room. Looks like it was recently remodeled."

"Overall the hotel was dated. The carpets had stains, the couch was torn and the tv was broken. Not the best experience. The staff was helpful but when I advised about the tv being broken she offered to move me to a different room problem is that it was 9:30 pm and she was there by herself and couldn’t address it. "

"My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away "
