"The front desk woman (Pam, I believe) was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. I came in on a Sunday when they happened to have quite a few openings. We chatted a bit and I told her I came here specifically to ride Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens (yeah, I know). "Great checking process, informative, friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled amazing and the room was soooo clean. Huge room with full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes and everything we needed for our trip."

"It was all I needed: a clean room and bathroom, small fridge and microwave, and the small couch was nice to have as well. I did not use the pool or other amenities, but they looked clean."

"Marriot Residence Inn in Princess Palm Tampa FL needs a renovation! Appliances are not up to date, and there was a dent in the refrigerator door. Also they were greasy.. Mold in Shower, baseboards dirty! Floors dirty. Ice maker didn't work in Fridge, no hot water in kitchen sink, 3 inch's of water in dishwasher, didn't dare use it, bathroom sink was plugged up, lighting was so low you could barely see anything in the room. Anyway, you could see globs of plaster in the bathroom.. just isn't up...

"Everything was perfect,the room,the hotel,the people"

"Everything good, but was overcharged and not provided with a receipt upon check out despite employee saying she would email it. This did not allow me to dispute the incorrect charges."

"The breakfast was pretty bad. They were out of orange juice on a Saturday morning? The omelets tasted like frozen water logged eggs. The dining room staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. The hotel was just ok all around."
