"Our room was located on the third floor near construction, and during the day the construction noise was loud and we were not told in advance that this was taking place. Our bathroom was disgusting. "I never stayed in the hotel due to a emergency.And I was in the hospital, I have been fighting to get my money back since the day I was supposed to arrive as I was admitted via ambulance to the ER. Even With your so-called insurance travel guard 2 months later.I am still waiting i will never use Expedia again.I will book directly with the hotel as i'm sure I would have had a better experience."

"The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. "
