Changed rooms and the new room was infested with bugs, the sink was clogged, and there were clothes or something left from tje previous guests. Overall lack of cleanliness. I will never stay at another Quality Inn & Suites. Worst place I have ever stayed!"

"This hotel must be transitioning ownership as it is seriously understaffed for its size and was practically empty. I will say the people working there were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the location was safe and good for my needs. There was lots of street parking available over the weekend. I would stay here again. "

"They were remodeling so there was dust everywhere. It looked like the ice machine hadn’t been cleaned in years. At breakfast the juice machine was broken and the only drink option was coffee. Or hot water. Not bottled water. No milk. No other option than coffee. Not even tea for the hot water. When I asked for a bottle of water the breakfast attendant didn’t speak English and the front desk said it would be an additional charge. The room was clean though and the shower was hot. "

"A mixed review about this property. The in-room kitchen facilities were mediocre but definitely served the purpose. The counter top was stained with something that I couldn't get off so that was unpleasant looking. The fridge was spotless and the dishes/cookware were adequate. The sitting/TV room was dismal and dark, but having a separate bedroom area was great. The bathroom was clean and towels were eventually replaced the following day which was nice. The elevator is rickety and creepy...

"It was just an overnight but the hotel was a good choice. First stop on our 2 week trip that served fresh cut fruit as a breakfast choice. The hotel was 15 minutes from the German Village area of Columbus where we had dinner. There were quite a few food choices in the hotel area. The hotel is on an access road near the highway. Depending on the time of day, getting out of the access road can be difficult."
