"I dont ever leave reviews but definitely feel compelled to because this place is not as advertised and nothing close to a 8 out of 10 like it says. The blankets and room are heavily worn down uncomfortably so. Water stains down the walls from leaks or something. The clean towels still had stains then they still had dirty towels from previous guests hanging up on bathroom door. The desk table still had food crumbs and stuff on it. They could not get door key to work so we had to get the front desk to open our room for us every time we needed to get back into our room. They only had one person working and the hotel was sold out so most people checking in was experiencing delays doing so well past check in time. The breakfast was very limited and most things were not replaced after they were gone. The apple juice was empty the coffee was empty for extended periods of time. "

"Unfortunately, I did not catch breakfast either morning that I was there so I can't tell you about that. But I can't say that the staff was very friendly and nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are soft and it was pretty quiet. I never heard another guest the whole time. The area is nice and I felt comfortable in the area."

"Room was clean with some new finishes but kind of musty. We were just looking for a place to sleep a couple of nights and this meets that requirement but not much more. No breakfast but Tim Horton’s is just across the parking lot. Staff at the desk were super nice. "

"We enjoyed our rooms. They were connecting rooms which was nice for the grandkids to run around. Only complaint was the breakfast. "

"Drove 4 hours to stay in the area for a concert in celebration of our daughter's 16th birthday. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no room for us after booking months in advance. Instead of calling us to tell us there was an issue with our room, we were stranded in a town that had no vacancy within 30 miles less than $1k for the night. The front desk staff offered points to make up for the loss which was no help. We missed our dinner reservations, had to cancel all other plans and were late to the concert as we had to scurry around trying to find a place to get ready. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and how they did nothing to make it right. "

"We arrive 2 1/2 hours after check-in time in our room was not ready because it had not been cleaned. I requested a refund and was told that was completed yet they would not provide me any paperwork. I have yet to receive a refund. There were random people hanging out that appeared to maybe have lived there or something. I do not at all recommend this place. We ended up driving five hours for a concert and then five hours home. It was absolutely terrible."

"Parking was good and located in a nice area that is close enough to location. Good place to say on a budget if you’re staying one night or spending very little time in your room. Maybe small for longer visits"

"We love to stay there but the hotel needs updating for wear and tear. Some fixtures didn’t work quite right from wear."
