"Great all around place to stay in downtown Memphis! Great staff, location was fantastic, close to everything and had guest parking. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We originally had double beds but I asked if we can get a room with queen or king bed, the lady at the counter was very accommodating. She found us a room with queen beds, but when I got there (room 106) I found it a bit dark. I went back to the counter and asked the same lady if she can find a room that was brighter and had bigger window. She was very patient and accommodating! She put us in room 1210, and I could not have been happier! It had a big window, tons of natural lights, and had a great view of the city, you can see the pyramid building, the Arkansas-Memphis bridge over the Mississippi river, and the Mud River park. The night light show on the bridge was mesmerizing! I sat by the comfy cushioned chair by the window for hours it seems, reading during the day, and musing over the twinkling night lights of the city. The hot breakfast buffet was very fulfilling, scrambled eggs, bacon (perfectly cooked!), sausage, cooked oatmeal, cereal, and of course, make-your-own waffle, fruits, a little something for everybody. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Memphis!"
