La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"If you are looking for a spotless, welcoming, and perfectly situated base to explore downtown Memphis, look no further than La Quinta! The friendly and attentive staff made me feel most comfortable form the start, offering warm hospitality and great local insight and truly set a positive tone for the entire stay. This location is an easy, enjoyable walk straight to the legendary sounds, energy, and dining of Beale Street. Even better, after an evening out enjoying live music, you can take a horse-drawn carriage ride right back to the hotel entrance—an absolute highlight that added a touch of charm and convenience to the night. Parking in any major downtown area can often be a hassle, but La Quinta got it completely right. The parking area was spacious, secure, and more than adequate for easy coming and going throughout the day. While I didn’t get a chance to take a dip in the pool myself, I saw guests enjoying it daily, and the area was always kept tidy and inviting along with the outdoor patio area. The daily breakfast was hot, fresh, and consistently plentiful, it offered a wide variety of options to fuel up before hitting the city. Between the pristine cleanliness of the facilities, the unmatched location, and the standout hospitality from the team, MY stay was a 10 out of 10."
