"One of the adjoining rooms’ alarm clock was going off from the time we arrived until the next day, in spite of calls to the main desk. Last time kids were playing in another room loudly. "

"I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."

Yaniel was great at the valet always had a smile and welcomed me back with that same smile. Definitely will be back. "

"Checked in just before check-in time and it was quick and painless. Parked right in front of my room with no problems, just that the parking lot is small. I liked that my car was close to my room for easy unloading. Parking lot is well lit and there were plenty of cameras on the property. Felt safe and the location isn’t bad. Couldn’t really hear any cars passing. A conveniently located Latino restaurant is very close by and I was able to walk to it. The food there was quite tasty, came out...

"This hotel is a convenient place to stay. I love that it edges DT and the neighboring area the suite has every thing in it. There is a connivence store like next door. The farmers market a stone throw away with variety of food options.I’ll stay here again in the future."

"This was a good location to downtown and Reunion Tower. Staff was so helpful. Only minor inconvenience was that the parking was a block away. But i would stay there again."

"Ad is misleading. It’s 2bd but only 1bath. Only one bd is in a room with walls where 1 bd is in an open room with curtains separating. If you have different genders, not ideal. Never told us how to lock door. The key pads we have automatically lock once outside. This you must push # for it to lock!!"

"The room floor was sticky, the smell was unpleasant and the shower was dirty with hairs and some other stains of I don’t know what. Staff was helpful but the room was not."

"No hot water, no wifi, dirty floors and surfaces... the AC barely worked..."

"the club downstairs is so loud on the weekend starting friday night, you can even feel the whole floor moving with it. If you want good rest, this is not the place, if there wasn’t a club downstairs, I would give it a five star. Staff is very responsible and responsive."
