"This is a new, very modern property with lot's of amenities. We arrived around 9:30pm and there was still lot's of socializing around the bar area. The rooms are great!"

"The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."

"The check in was quite long and the guy left the position while I was waiting for my key...then another lady came and gave me a key...When I arrived at the room I found out that someone else was already there....I had to go back to reception and start again... when finally I was in "my" room the wifi did not work at all...I waited half an hour without success....only in the following morning quite early the wifi worked"

"Lovely hotel, with more traditional design which was quite refreshing. Located amongst the main shopping area and about 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Great bathroom and shower. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. It was also very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas"

"The staff was very friendly and answered many questions about the hotel and Ghent. They provided a great guide with a map of Ghent - we loved it as it had a summary of each site we visited.
