"First off, the staff was first class. From the front desk people to the doormen, they were always willing to help and always with a smile. The hotel is also very clean and the room was perfect. The location of the hotel also couldn’t be beat. So close to great restaurants and shopping. Close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway. Close to subway and easy to get taxis. The only slight negative is there is not a bar or restaurant in this hotel. Not a deal breaker for us and would stay...

"The location was excellent. My daughter was performing on Broadway and it was a very convenient location. It also is very convenient Too much of the most fun surrounding areas. Somewhat Limited amenities,The food items to go very expensive at the restaurant but nice space to dine. "

"Great stay here, room was great and decent size. Only bad things are the lifts are frequently broken and out of order, and housekeeping guy was super intense- knocking at 9.30 in the morning and asking if we wanted services while I was still in bed in pajamas. I kept saying no to try and get him to go away but took ages for him to get the hint. Not a good start to the day. Otherwise it was great."

"The area around the hotel was not the safest but the location was great with pabt right around the corner. The service was great and the suite room we were in was clean/spacious. Especially loved the view and the terrace. Would recommend :)"

"The room and staff here are amazing! We had the best room with an amazing view that close to everything. One day the shower was leaking and we told the staff as we left for the day and it was completely fixed like new by the time we returned. I love New York and would definitely stay here again. "
