"Das Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Per WhatsApp erhielten wir die Bedienungsanleitung für den Zugang. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Wir haben 2x übernachtet, aber kein Personal gesehen. Um die Rechnung zu zahlen, mussten wir das Geld bar auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Für uns ein wenig ungewohnt! Sehr teuer für das gebotene!"

"A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!"

"Great stay close to the train in La Spezia! Simone and Elisa were incredible hosts. Always accessible if we needed anything (which we didn’t because they thought of everything). Up quite a few steps but there is a small lift if needed and for luggage. We loved it. Next to great restaurants and very safe area. They even called a taxi for us when we wanted one. It was a great stay."

"This is a guesthouse so there are no amenities but the staff in the office building is helpful. The office building is in a separate location than the room that you’ll be staying in. The location was good as it was nearby all shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk from the train. We were there 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once due to the designated cleaning schedule. Overall, it was a nice stay, just be away of the differences between a hotel and a guesthouse."

"The hotel is very well located near the main restaurants and in close proximity to the Satazione Centrale, Central train station to ride the train to Monteroso, Vernazza and the other towns in Cinqueterre. The down side was that we had some ants bothering us in the bathroom."

"Check in was smooth where the host greeted us and showed us our room. The room was spacious with a double bed and a sofa bed in it. Lots of room to walk around the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was super spacious as well, unlike other showers in Europe which are very small. The location was in the centre of the main strip, with a 10 min walk to the La Spezia Centrale train station one way, and a 10 min walk to the pier the other way. I would definitely stay here again...highly...

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was hard to find. I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking. This was not disclosed and should be disclosed to customers. The breakfast was very cheap: a croissant, very small focaccia with cheese, 1 small cup of coffee, 1 bottle of water and a slim small half glass of juice. No eggs, no variety of breakfast items to choose from. Left breakfast still hungry. Other than that, it was ok."

"The staff at the property were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was the room @ times smelled like sewer. It was a good spot for a few days to visit Cinque Terre."
