"Advertised heated pool did not seem heated. Would have loved to enjoy the Jacuzzi i saw in the photos. Balcony seating in my room seating for 10 only had cushions for 2. I dont remember his name, one gentleman working valet was completely nonchalant and totally took away from the valet experience. Everyone else was great. Overall experience was good. I'd give this hotel another shot. "

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and the hotel that I had was very spacious, having a balcony was awesome and the room had awesome views . My only complaint would be the ironing boards are not normal size which makes it harder to iron clothes, especially if you’re a bigger person but other than that, my overall experience was excellent and I definitely would do business with them again any/every time I decide to travel to California"
