"room was amazing for the most part when i checked in room type was not available. property attempted to give me a twin room but i refused based on reservation and in term they provided with a suite that was above and beyond and exceptional with the upscale decor and amenities and spacious. the hotel lobby was modern and endless dining options in and around the hotel "

"“The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully updated—I especially loved the bathtub! The room had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"

"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "

"What a charming guest house. My daughter and I were in Sorrento for a family wedding, and our stay here was beyond exceptional. After learning we were travel companions, the staff, I believe it was Chiara, upgraded our room from economy to deluxe. What a nice surprise when we checked in. Indeed, they do know the value of family in Italy. The location is perfect, the room lovely, and the breakfast, delightful. "It is a fabulous hotel and complex. We stayed 2 nights which was just perfect to chill and relax. A good base to visit Pompei ruins and walkable from the hotel. The pool was fabulous and quiet "

"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."
