Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica. "Location and friendly and courteous staff were highlights. Will definitely consider staying there again if we visit Brussels and will also recommend to our friends. Minor feedback was that I found housekeeping response to be a bit slow- but nothing major- ran out of coffee and creamer - called for it but did not get any. Also asked for ironing board it came after we left the room."

"Nice hotel with good transport links to get around the city. Food in the restaurant looked and smelled amazing but my short stay didn't allow me to try it for myself. Room was a good standard and was comfortable for three of us. I would definitely stay again if return to the city in the future"

"This hotel is located slightly off the beaten path for the Brussels tourist circle, but it was a good location for us (near a daily vintage market and lots of vintage clothing stores). For my usual rating points: staff: friendly and accommodating, beds: comfortable, water pressure: nonexistent :( but two out of three isn’t bad. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive if not a little oversubscribed at peak times. "

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a...

"This is a really cool little chic hotel. Very comfy, modern, and unique. Be warned there is no a/c, and we stayed on the 3rd floor in late May which already meant the room was very warm on arrival and had to be aired out before we could get comfortable. Be wary of that in the warm summer months (although likely typical of the area)."
