"Specifically chose this hotel for the airport shuttle upon checking in. I asked the guy at the front desk about having a shuttle for the following morning. I stated that we would need it between seven and 715. Got there at 7:03 and was informed that the shuttle had just left at seven, which I begged to differ because we were standing outside getting stuff facing the front and never even saw the shuttle so I had to call an Uber and that cost me an additional $35 that I was not expecting to pay."

"I loved everything about the hotel when I walked in, and I was greeted. He was very polite. Very nice very detailed about the service. The breakfast. The room was very clean. Unfortunately, I could not sleep at all because of the constant train noise outside the hotel. The noise continued throughout the night, and I didn't get any sleep. A hotel should be a place where guests can rest, but that was impossible during my stay.
