Only issue we had was that there was 1 room key - this was difficult to manage as we were 3 groups of adults who didn't do everything together. 2 keys would have been ideal - a point for improvement. Once the road at that main intersection is fixed, I'm sure the stay would be easier. I used it as a point to go to different parts of island. Kata beach was nice. Patong was crazy..oversaturated with stores and tourists. The roads along beach and to Big buddha were winding and with uphills and downhills. Be safe. Oh...and right down the street...

The pool area is nice to relax and parking was always easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Chalong is convenient for getting around the island, especially if you have a car. "If you like unique places and new adventures then this is a great place to stay. I recommend getting a balcony with a view of the traffic circle. It was entertaining to sit and watch the chaos below as 1000s of vehicles navigate the circle. Also conveniently located close enough to walk for everything we needed or wanted to do. The owner is named TinTin he was delightful and helpful with his local knowledge. The room was clean and spacious and reasonably priced. "
