"Second time I've stayed here and would thoroughly recommend. Fantastic location, walking distance to the airport for morning flight. Free hot drinks from machine, self service breakfast with great selection. Juice, coffee, toasties, savouries, fruit, yogurts etc. Was able to have a lovely breakfast while saving a fortune on the airport prices. While I didn't go out in the evening this time, there are bars and restaurants in Tessera whish I have been to before and would also recommend."

"As advertised. Nothing fancy, but convenient stop for a night when coming or going from Venice. Would recommend walking the approx 900m from the airport to the property as standard Ubers are not available and a taxi is approx 25-30 EUR for a 3-4 min drive. "

"Only stayed fo the evening. Staff when are arrived was so sweet and very kind. She helped us figure out the bus system to Venice. We left very early next morning so only spent and evening an the morning staff (gentleman) was also very very helpful and kind.
The building was a bit disappointing for a BW. It really needed an update. Carpets didn’t feel clean. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Extr pillows in the cupboard were not clean. The outlet by the bed didn’t work appeared...

"The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern.
Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices.
The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked.
Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself). "

"Nos hospedamos con nuestro bebé de 9 meses durante 3 noches, está ubicado en una buena zona, tranquila y segura, para llegar es muy fácil. También cuándo llegamos el personal fue super amable y nos ofrecieron una cuna para nuestro bebé. La habitación de muy buen tamaño, limpia y el baño impecable. Lo único es que habían un poco de mosquitos en la habitación. De resto una estancia muy buena, sin duda regresaremos."

"Cet hôtel est le lieu parfait pour séjourner à Venise. Ce fut ma deuxième fois de séjourner dans cet hôtel et j’en garde un excellent souvenir. En revanche, j’aurais aimé qu’il y ait un séchoir dans notre salle de bain. De plus, ce que j’ai trouvé dommage c’est que tout est fermé à partir de 22h (le restaurant ainsi que le bar).
Dans une optique d’amélioration continue de leur excellent service, il serait intéressant d’installer des distributeurs automatiques dans le hall pour les petites faims...

"This was a lovely hotel. Room was spotless and well equipped, including a fridge for our use. The staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Matilde who really made the time special for our daughter. Views from the hotel were beautiful and it was right beside the vaporetto stop which made getting in and out of Venice very easy. Lovely breakfast every morning and breakfast bags made up for us for leaving as we were a very early check out. We really appreciated this. Lots of lovely...
