The room I stayed in was severely outdated and needed a deep clean. There were literal brown stains splashed up the curtains, walls and even the bed. The carpet was badly damaged and covered in stains. It felt absolutely disgusting. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were old, dirty and RUSTY. ...

Staff were excellent and rooms were clean and spacious. We had a family room with 2 double beds. Breakfast and food as a whole were brilliant. Great location too being only 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 mins walk from kilburn park underground.

Really close to the tube. Breakfast was great. The only real complaint is that no one seemed to know when the kitchen closed for the night. I got several different answers. The same person seemed to be tending the desk and the bar and the kitchen — lack of staff seemed to be an issue. Nice place, ...
