"The checkin staff was very friendly. The room was small (as expected), but it was clean, cozy, and updated looking. It was a perfect spot for a quick night before an early train. The stairways were very narrow and a little difficult to get our large suitcase up and down but manageable. Would stay again. "

It was great to be able to freshen up before heading out to explore downtown. The hotel is compact, as expected for London, but the room is thoughtfully designed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay again."

"Room was spotless. All of the staff especially lady on front desk sorry I cannot remember her name, were amazing and so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2. The cleaning lady who offered more clean towels as we stayed an extra night was so sweet. The breakfast lady was super...
