"Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. It is easy to find and staff were very nice. There is very little parking so keep in mind you have to park a few minutes away but can unload in front of hotel. We used the Waterloo lot! It was $10 a day. We didn’t do breakfast because it was $35 L but there is a nice coffee shop next door!"
"From the welcome (shout out to Darcy) to the bed, the bathroom, the location, the breakfast.... all was great.
Just be aware, they don't have their own car park. But we parked in the car park closest to the hotel, which was the same as having their own... it just cost a little more."
"The breakfasts were fine, not exceptional but aboce average. The staff were all really good and went out of their way to be helpful. The bar was well stocked and one barman in particular was very good. The room was well equipped and spotless, the bed was comfortable. "
"Perfect location for exploring Stratford. Fantastic hotel, clean, spacious, modern rooms, great breakfast and great service. We had a suite and the room was huge, plenty of space for adults and kids. Highly recommend."

Rooms are dark, low ceilings, out-updated furniture, etc.
All in all, the hotel is good enough, though one may not think of it as a spa like experience, especially when considering that this is one of the attractions/ amenities that they are offering & advertising."
"The room and bathroom were very clean, as was the hotel in general. Our only disappointment was the standard of service at breakfast; whilst the food was excellent the service left a bit to be desired and the waitress was thoroughly miserable. She appeared to focus on table cleaning around us rather than being attentive to guests’ needs. Thankfully our breakfast was not contaminated by the cleaning fluid that she was using at an adjacent table."
