Hotel Murah di Tewksbury Center

"The staff was incredibly nice and everything was good. However, the bathroom in our room reeked of cigarettes like someone had just smoked in there. There was no switch to turn the fan on. All of our towels reeked of cigarettes as well. The staff said they couldn’t move us to another room because they were fully booked, understandable, and they sent someone in to spray the bathroom with Lysol. Besides that everything was good. Again, the staff was incredibly nice, but the bathroom killed it"

"Everything was great !!"

"Outstanding property in every aspect."

"The hotel was awesome, the room was better than we expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again."

"Very clean and accommodating"

"They have enough free parking, and shops are close by. However, we stayed for three night and the cleaners didn’t even clean our three rooms that we were using after we had asked for it."

"I would say this is a decent hotel. Price wasn’t bad and the distance to Salem wasn’t terrible. Also having Chili’s next door was a plus for sure. The room we had wasn’t very clean and definitely had mold growing in the bathroom. But for 2 nights it wasn’t bad. The atmosphere was nice and the outside was as well. Plus they had a nice sitting area by the entrance."

"The bathroom showing was making a loud screeching sound while the water was running. there were a couple of dogs barking and running in the halls"

"Great place, great bed, bath, amenities, love all the details!!!"

"Overall good place to stay. Wish breakfast options were better. Good, clean place to stay!"

"It was in a good location and had a shuttle, to take you to the hospital restaurant grocery store and the mall"

"The front desk help was amazing. Exemplary, kind, thoughtful service and attention. Thank you!"

"The staff was courteous and helpful and the facility was clean and orderly. One of our bathroom floor tiles was cracked and gave a soft feeling to it when walking on it. The shower was fair with dated shower fixtures, but worked well. The breakfast was OK with minimal choices. No home fries and no fresh fruit. Overall, I would rate the hotel as decent with some areas that could be improved."

"They had the same bedding that they use at the Hampton. I feel they could do better. The staff was great however, they charge for breakfast and the Hampton gave breakfast free. Parking was plentiful. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10."
