"We pre-paid this room. On arrival we had to wait 10 minutes before checking in. For some reason the lady upgraded our room and charged another $470 on our credit card. We had booked a king size bed. What we got was a tiny room with one queen bed in it…and one bedside table! The place was brand new but the layout was odd with the reception being up one floor. A lot more went wrong there…we won’t go back."

"I was a little nervous about staying here - it offered the only rooms for under $400 on the night I needed to be in Burlington - but this is a gem of a motel. It's been totally redone, and the rooms were basic but spotless. I really appreciated the fact that I received a door code and didn't have to go to check in in person.
