"All the antiques and each room had a different name and decor. We stayed in the Judges Chamber. The room was very small but great amenities like power packs to plug in USB cords. A Nespresso coffee maker with china cups and saucers. Glass wine and drinking glasses.
The breakfast was awesome, once we got it. Breakfast isn’t available until 9 am. As seniors and early risers, we would have preferred 8am. We felt very sorry for the servers and manager as the Chef arrived about 20 minutes late. A...

"The restaurant is closed. There is no food. They don’t take cash. The rooms are basic the view is nice. The shower is horrible hardly any water pressure. This is supposed to be the place to be in Powell River but my family members stayed in way nicer hotel rooms for less expensive. The staff wasn’t friendly. Overall not what I was expecting. It’s not a bad hotel but it’s definitely not the best."

"Such a wonderful property with incredible ocean views - very quiet and peaceful. The pool was an added bonus. The only minor maintenance items was the broken seal in the window which concealed the spectacular view. Highly recommend this property to couples, families or anyone seeking the ambiance of west coast living. The dining room was closed for the 2 nights we were there but there are lots of other dining options relatively close by or bring your own picnic to enjoy on your own...
