"We needed a place to stay on short notice and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The front desk team was welcoming and made checking in effortless after a long drive. Our room was immaculate, quiet, and well-designed with plenty of charging outlets and comfortable bedding. Breakfast in the morning kept fully stocked, and the overall property is very well-maintained. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Lubbock!"

Other than that...Oh wait, the receptionist was of no help, she suggested I didn't know how to operate them. I've...

"The elevator was out of order and has been. They said it was mentioned on their website. The night manager set off the fire alarm burning his popcorn and the firemen came. The next morning my wife saw a big mouse or rat in the kitchen."

"I felt uncomfortable in this facility. Nothing happened. But i just didn't feel safe and or clean."
