I wouldn't ever considering staying at this hotel again. The best thing about this experience was the folks at Expedia were able to call the hotel (and were put on a long hold by a rude front desk employee) and get my money back!!!

Even though the hotel did not have an attractive exterior appearance, and the interior was super basic, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms were not too bad. The bed and the sheets were actually very clean and extremely comfortable. That was a nice surprise.

The hotel looks like it hasn’t been maintained or updated since the 80s. The toilet was constantly leaking. I found a lighter in the pull-out sofa bed. We did not feel safe staying there

Terrible, unkept property. Rain water got in through our window, it was leaking onto the AC unit. We could smell the outside moisture in the room. Front desk staff initially refused to switch our room. Manager agreed to after hours of rain not stopping. New room also had broken seal around window. Mold above shower that you could tell was painted over. Carpet pulled off floor. Ceiling paint peeling above window. I have photos and videos. Front desk staff said we could not switch rooms again because they were fully booked and we had already done so once.

We went early for early check in. The room she put us in was up stairs, however, the elevator was down, and we learned it had been since April. She gave us another room, however, the room was extremely hot, and there were no blinds. The 3rd room was ok, however the jets in tub were dirty. The pool area was full of stuff that they had and looked like it was still under construction. The hot tub was filthy. Overall horrible experience. I wish I could've gotten a refund.

This hotel is disgusting. There are rats running up and down the ceiling all night. All the ice vending machines are broken and dirty. The tiles in the shower in the room are all broken. The breakfast hall wasn’t even open at 7am so I assumed there wasn’t going to be one. Front desk barely spoke English and I couldn’t understand them. This place needs to be renovated! DON’T STAY HERE!

Absolute dump. Nothing worked properly. Elevator was down the entire trip, probably been that way a long time. Ice machines dusty and haven't been operational for a long time. Nobody was manning the front desk. Room was dirty with filth on drapes and bathroom. Nobody cleaned our room the entire stay. Hardware missing from stairwell doors.... If elevators aren't working, probably a good idea to discount the stay and carry guest bags up to the top floor! You can tell they don't keep up with maintenance at this property. Extremely dissatisfied. Don't book this dump!

The front landscaping and lack of guests made it look like the hotel was closed. The sink water barely came out and the plumbing was clearly very old and not well maintained. The staff was helpful and nice and the breakfast was good.

Stay away!!! The property is filthy. Front is covered in bird poop. So much so that every step crunches. The hot tub had been broken for months. They said they didn't supply Ice to quests. The elevator was not working since who knows when. Everything was filthy and and worn. Mattress was stained. Bathtub was rusted and badly patched. Fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Reminded us of a tower of horror. As far as we could tell, we were the only vehicle in the parking lot after 6:00 pm other than the employees. This experience was very frightening. We travel alot and this was the worst hotel we've experienced

I wanted to give this place a chance, sometimes issues can be fixed and places of business redeemed. While the pool was fixed everything else was lacking. We needed our sofa bed, the mattress was terribly stained and there was dirt and a bic lighter under the mattress. The staff was not terrible. The coffee maker in the room, the refrigerator, and the microwave did not work. I had booked 2 night but cancelled the 2nd night. The refund was easy to get back. There is potential but unfortunately they are not even coming close to meeting it. It did look like it had recently changed names so maybe there will be improvements soon. Also the elevator didn't work. I was not affected but this but if you end up with room on upper floors this could be inconvenient for some.

Arrived at the hotel did. It have my reservation I booked it December totally different name in the building had to call to find the location graduation weekend wanted to charge double to stay at the location.
