"I ask the Hotel staff for a fridge as the room did not have one. I did that multiple times until I gave up asking for one. The staff lied ot my face on this. I am bitterly PO. I was told since my booking was with a 3rd party to take it to them. and I was basically SOL. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a cheap crap cooler for me to have a cold drink while in the room. I will not stay at another Hyatt hotel as the quality of the hotels is not par with the rating. I cannot trust Expedia to...

"The staff, especially the late afternoon, was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions about the facility and neighborhood. The hot tub and pool were well kept and inviting. The room was welcoming and very clean."
