"Clean hotel with all the basics. Great for price and location"

"There a hidden charges when booking for a room. Not sure if Expedia is aware but beside the confirm amount for the room, they will ask for a refundable $100.00 deposit for “amenities “ . This charges should be disclosed upon booking and not during check in."

"Although the hotel needs work, the staff is very pleasant and a tentative to your needs. They accessed every situation and fixed it immediately. I would recommend that if you need long term stays, this is the place."

"Terrible. Old old property. Hasn't been updated or maintained. Roaches in my room and the bathroom. AC didn't work . The bed was very uncomfortable. I was so tired, I feel asleep anyway. But woke up with the worst backache ever. Will not stay here again."

"I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back.."

"Staff was okay. Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none...

"Funky smell and ants ate my left overs in the rooms but overall fair"

"Rooms are great location is wonderful. Lots of shops and restaurants in the same complex. Staff was less to be desired. Front desk gal was just rude. Clearly did not want to be there and did not want to be helpful."

"Very clean and comfortable. Close to lake and great restaurants and activities!"

"I like that it was away from the highway, so vehicle noise was low. Has a nice maintained outside area to walk and walk your dogs. Our room was neat and clean. We used the washer and dryer very convenient and clean. My con was the noisy a/c, but I can put up with it, cause it sure did cool well. All in all everything was wonderful and people are friendly. Thank you staff and management."

"Very sketchy part of Dallas. They had security guards in the parking lot making sure everyone entering was a guest at the motel. Had to pay an extra $10 just to park in their parking lot. I have never seen that at any other hotel I have ever stayed at."

"All TV’s where not working in the morning in all rooms to watch the news , they came back on after a couple hours ."
