También quiero reconocer a la persona encargada de la limpieza de nuestro cuarto, quien hizo un excelente trabajo y siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera limpio y en orden. En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. Definitivamente es un hotel que recomendaría y al que me gustaría regresar."

"Our hotel experience was exceptional. The entire staff was the most professional, professionally trained, and friendly that I’ve had the pleasure of being greeted by. Jose Luis, our concierge knew everything about the area and was able to set up tour tickets for us to all of the attractions we wanted to see. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day. The hotel is gorgeous and I wasn’t all of the Granger of the lobby, the rooms and all of the amenities. The hotel location was perfect for us close to restaurants bars, and all the main avenues to get us to all of the places we wanted to go I cannot say enough about our five star stay if you were planning a trip to Mexico treat yourself to this magnificent hotel."
