"Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean. Breakfast selections were good. I didn't like that there are no fridges in the room and the only ice machine was two floors away from my room. I was generally pleased and would stay there again. It's a convenient location to Brooklyn and lower Manhattan."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"It was a decent stay. The room was very small even for NYC standards. The view of the city was incredible but having only blackout curtains was a negative. My AC and phone didn't work and maintenance was quick to respond so that was a plus. There's complimentary breakfast but it's nothing to write home about."

"The location is great! But the staff all seemed to be preoccupied on their cell phones …all the time. One of the female staffers was extremely rude after I made several attempts to upgrade my room because I was staying 5 days. She then calls on a male manager, he said he would check on my situation, he then begins to take a personal call with his ear bug in his ear talking in a foreign language right in front of me. The two of them did not realize I was a business owner trying to conduct...

"A clean minimalist hotel with a great location for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very tight. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The coffee pot worked well. No refrigerator which made it a little inconvenient. The “breakfast” wasn’t really used."

"Overall this stay was fine. Nice bed and clean. Expect a small room. Very close to Union station stop. The noise really got to me by the last day. The front desk running the vacuum at 7:30 am after a night of people coming home at 11, 2 am, 4am and starting to leave for their day at 6 am. The doors are a heavy slam. I was in a room on the same floor as the front desk and I could hear everything they say at that desk. It was a no sleep weekend until I found my earplugs."

"The hotel itself is adequate. It has large sized rooms with very comfortable beds, a lovely back terrace where you can sit and enjoy the outside, light snacks (for sale) and AC for those hot NY days. My only watch out for traveller's is it's not a highly walkable neighborhood. Stores close for the Sabbath on weekends and there are only two restaurants and one corner store within walking distance of the hotel."
