The hotel staff is very courteous and prompt to respond to issues. My wife greatly enjoyed our stay and will be glad to use this when we are in Brooklyn again. "

"Everything great. Breakfast is ends, pancake, muffin, sausage reassembled in clamshell that the breakfast microwaves when you arrive to breakfast. Good. They also have fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. Comfy bed. Everything is CLEAN. Only so-so thing is the elevator: one slow elevator for 4 floors of rooms. More than a few times we push the call button, wait awhile, then just take the stairs.
