"We only stayed for one night and didn't use the restaurant or get room service. However, the staff was very nice, the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable."

"It was a clean place to stay in a very walkable area. Not fancy but just what we needed."

"We stayed for 3 nights, and after the 2nd night, the cleaning staff failed to clean our room, despite our having remined the front desk when we were going out in the early afternoon that we wanted cleaning service. They said they would call cleaning right away. This happened the last time we stayed here in January. Cleaning staff never cleaned our room despite my stopping by one of the staff on my way our for the day and letting them know I would be out of the room for about 5 hours."

"Rooms are small but to be expected in NYC. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff sr the front desk was so friendly and helpful! Location is close to subway and we walked to Chinatown, Brooklyn bridge and 911 memorial. Really close to stone street historic district - many restaurants there. There is also a big grocery store I no pearl street that sells alcohol and has hot, fresh food. Would stay again. "

"Although the staff were lovely the property has seen better days. The beds were too soft, and the room had no closet for hanging clothes, or drawers or substantial shelves for clothing. Safe was broken and we had to call down for a duvet and more than two towels."
