"Short stay for me All was good"

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"There was a strange noise that you could hear all day long. It was a weird buzzing sound coming from the wall. This was my second time staying there and the first time the experience was so much better."

"The small bar was excellent. Had my favorite Chardonnay. Hours are short though. No bell hop to help with luggage if needed. Enjoy staying here. 3rd time. Great location. Close to big food court across the small park. And close to subways. If the price is good this is where I book"

"Staff were wonderful! The breakfast was a bag of goodies handed to you, not a buffet. That's OK but I got some items I don't eat so unfortunately it went to waste. The TV was odd. Many of the channels would not come in. The room was clean and noise was not a problem. The toilet kept sticking and you had to remember to jiggle the handle. Convenient to the cruise ship dock and restaurants were within walking distance."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"The staff was super friendly. This is definitely like a New York 7-8 anywhere else this is like 5 or below. It was nice enough and close to the subway which was great. Bathroom is super tiny. It was a pretty good experience I just would’ve preferred to stay at a Hilton or something which I considered but wanted to save a little bit. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t incredible but the people were cool and it was not a bad stay at all"
