"Isolated location, hard as a rock bed it was like cardboard on concrete Service was good but if you haven't got transport forget it Lot of ants in the room you need to keep food in the fridge"

"The photos are deceiving, it is a truck stop. It was going to be okay but after getting food from the 7/11 there was a swarm of ants carrying a larger bug towards the patio door. Definitely felt it confirmed the state of the hostel. The price reflected the quality so can't complain too much, just wish the photos illustrated the rooms/building more authentically. "Lovely staff and nice location by the river. Basic property but nice clean, modern room with almost everything you need.. toiletries, fridge, snacks etc. I would have liked mugs instead of paper cups & some tea bags, there was only coffee. Also water in reusable glass bottles would be better than plastic. Pool was really nice but only open until 7pm and no real shade around it. Food was delicious and I had a really great margarita too! :) quite expensive overall but very nice for a night stay"

"This place is a MUST STAY for anyone coming to Thailand. The physical landscape surrounding the 360 Issara is breaktaking. It is serene and quiet and filled with the sounds of nature - birds and monkeys! The lake water is clean and clear and warm like a bath. There are beautiful fish you can feed. The staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. The food is also top-notch. We wished we had spend three nights instead of two. "

"Camera spaziosa e comoda, anche il bagno è soddisfacente, buona pulizia, personale molto gentile, 2 problemi, 1 che non ci sono finestre, ma non è che sia così importante, il secondo è che si sente molto il rumore delle auto che passano e di notte si fa fatica a dormire. Va bene giusto per una notte e bisogna procurarsi dei tappi o cuffie per le orecchie."

"Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand."

"Had an overnight stay at hotel due to early flight the next morning. The hotel is situated on what appears to be a backroad rural residential area although its minutes for the airport. Check-in was ok but it was obvious the hotel was empty and that they may have not been expecting my arrival. Once checked in, I was taken to my room which was nice to look at but you could tell it has not been used in a while, the towels were stiff, and bed linens needed to be tossed, the loft style room provided...

"This place is a bait for sure, looks like it’s nice, but the shower has no heat, “smart tv” doesn’t have internet lol. Crazy amount of annts anns spiders in room. Also if you’re staying here without a vehicle be very careful as there’s like no grabs or taxis in the area and you can easily get stranded."

"Three story building. EXTREMELY STEEP STAIRS. No lift / elevator. No proper handrails. Just thin rusty 1 inch rebar that was not secured very well to the wall. The stairs were so steep it was like climbing a ladder. After I dragged my luggage up to the third floor, all I could think about was: IF THERE’S FIRE HOW WILL I GET DOWN THESE STAIRS WITHOUT FALLING?
