"Nice and Clean."

"This is a mixed review. The resort itself is beautiful, like staying in a private park. Incredible gardens and flowers ands landscaping. Ponds and pathways going everywhere and you can walk and bike in a beautiful environment. Our experience with the service was different. Starting at check in, there was a team of 3 people, and it was a little confusing, for example one person asking for passports at the same time another is giving me back a photocopy of my passport to sign. "We didn't get the room we booked, bed are uncomfortable with two singles pulled together with a gap in the middle. "

"Freundlicher Staff, tolle Bungalows (TIRAMISU A) mit kleinem Hundepool draussen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher mit Tee & Kaffee, Regenschirme, Zugang bei Dusche von aussen, wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Teich, offenes Restaurant, leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Grosser Hundepool beim Restaurant. Spezielle Mahlzeiten für Hunde. Auf Wunsch werden die Hunde gebadet und gepflegt. Ein toller Aufenthalt - leider nur eine Nacht. "

"The nicest & most attentive group of people. Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this. “Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling. Although our stay was only short & in the wet season. The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile.. Thank you once again We will return"

"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "
